-I see clients by appointment only. In order to book an appointment you may contact me via text, e-mail, or phone call.

-All digital transactions will be charged the transaction fee required by the particular service. Ex: 2.6%+ $.10 Square transaction fee;  1.9%+ $.10 Venmo transaction fee

-A credit card on file is required in order to book any service. The card information is not accessible once stored, and will only be processed in the event of a late or no-show fee being charged.

 

-Once I answer any questions you may have, we agree on an appointment date and time, and I provide you with all of the information needed for  your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text from me the day or evening prior to your scheduled appointment day. 

   

     *NOTE If I do not receive a confirmation response up until 3 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED. 100% of the missed appointment will be charged to the card on file if an appointment is missed and I do not hear from you prior.  If I do not have a card on file, or the transaction is declined, the "no show" fee will be required in order to reschedule your next appointment. There is no fee if you communicate with me your inability to make it, 24hrs prior to your appointment.

-Unfortunately you lose your ability to book an appointment with me after 2 no-shows. As stated above, a "no-show" is not arriving to your scheduled appointment without communicating your inability to do so by text or phone call.

-Appointments that need to be adjusted/changed/cancelled the same day of the appointment will have a $30 fee added to your appointment.  Availability for the same day is NOT guaranteed, and will be rescheduled according to availability.  No fee applies if cancellations or changes need to be made 24hrs+ prior the appointment, and are also granted based on availability.

-I understand that things happen, but I WILL NOT TAKE CLIENTS THAT ARE 20+ MIN LATE TO THEIR APPOINTMENT. If you are aware that you will be that late, please be considerate of my time and contact me ahead of time to reschedule. A same-day reschedule fee of $30 will apply when you come in at your rescheduled time.

-I provide a complimentary touch up of eyelash extensions if you feel that you have had some premature lash loss WITHIN 4 DAYS OF YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT. Any time after that, the regular refill prices apply.  I will require you to send me a photo of your lashes, and I must confirm that you have in fact lost lashes irregularly.

-I do not provide 30min refills for first time clients.  I do not provide partial or split appointments.  In the event that your appointment is cut short for reasons that I am not responsible for, the full amount of your scheduled appointment is due.

​

-While I try my absolute best to correct lash extensions applied by other stylists at the most affordable option for my clients, I do not guarantee that all previous lash applications can be corrected without full removal and new full set applied. Your options will be clearly discussed at the time of your appointment.

​

-Special request, off hours of operation appointments are granted most of the time, but are NOT guaranteed and carry an additional fee of $25.
